We are seeking three (3) Business Systems Analysts to lead the analysis, documentation, and redesign of these processes within ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). This is an analysis and design role — not a development role. Analysts will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand pain points, translate them into clear requirements, and work with the development team to implement solutions, prioritizing out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality wherever poss<strong>ible.Key Responsibil</strong>ities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document current-state processes and workflows within ServiceNowCSM.</li><li>Identify sources of fragmentation, inconsistency, and risk across existing workflows, and recommend paths to stabilization and predictability.</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional requirements and specifications for ServiceNow CSM workflows.</li><li>Evaluate and prioritize out-of-the-box ServiceNow CSM configuration options before recommending custom development.</li><li>Package and hand off finalized requirements to the development team; this role is not responsible for building or coding solutions.</li><li>Lead or support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements sessions to drive alignment across business and technical teams.</li><li>Produce process maps, gap analyses, user stories, and functional design documentation.</li><li>Support UAT and validate that delivered solutions meet documented business requirements.</li><li>Provide hypercare support toward the end of the engagement — including knowledge transfer and upskilling the client's internal team, and supporting a smooth transition off the project.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Certification — required.</li><li>Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within ServiceNow environments.</li><li>Strong track record translating business requirements into system/process requirements and workflow designs.</li><li>Experience evaluating out-of-the-box platform capabilities versus custom configuration, with a bias toward OOTB solutions.</li><li>Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment.</li><li>Must reside in California.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience supporting process stabilization or transformation initiatives.</li><li>Experience delivering hypercare or knowledge-transfer support at the close of a project.</li></ul><p><strong>Engagement De</strong>tails</p><ul><li>Contract structure: Statement of Work (SOW), project-based.Initial term: </li><li>6+ months, with possible extension based on project needs.</li><li>Number of openings: 3 Business Systems Analysts.</li><li>Work location: Fully remote; candidates must be based in California.</li></ul>
