Bar Goa is seeking a confident, polished, and hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team.

As a Michelin-recognized restaurant, we go beyond service—we curate elevated dining experiences rooted in coastal Indian flavors, thoughtful beverage programs, and warm, intuitive hospitality.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and seamless table service

• Guide guests through our menu, including cocktails, wines, and curated pairings

• Prepare and serve cocktails with consistency and precision

• Maintain a strong understanding of our food and beverage offerings

• Anticipate guest needs and create a memorable dining experience

• Collaborate closely with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service flow

• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards at all times

🔹 Who You Are:

• Charismatic, professional, and guest-focused

• Experienced in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting (fine dining preferred)

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and food pairings

• Calm under pressure with excellent multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality and service excellence

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
