Desktop/Laptop Manager:

The candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing junior members of the IT support team, and assisting other team members with escalations and guidance to solve support tickets. Mac and Windows environment experience with ServiceNow as helpdesk ticketing system.

  • Bachelor’s level degree with 10 years of experience with the design, execution, and oversight of IT Service and Desktop support projects.
  • Windows 10 configurations and support experience on multiple hardware platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365, viva insights, slack etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Email and Calendar Support, O365/OneDrive, RSA Token, PIV Card/Identity Access Management, Password Support, VPN, Teams/Skype/Jabber Instant Messenger, Slack etc. iphone and Android, SEFT (secure email), Network Connectivity Issues, LISTSERV, Active Directory (AD) / Exchange, Account Creation and Administration.
  • Experience with IT Assets Inventory, HD, Software, location, lifecycle, dispose, storage and imaging of laptops/PCs/Servers, Write PowerShell Scripts for imaging of devices laptops, issues, and user needs.
  • 12+ years of experience in a desktop support role on Mac and Dell Windows.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Public Trust clearance will be enabled.
