Office Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Financial/Accounting Technology/ Business Management or Administration related course
  • Computer Literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PPT, Outlook)
  • Has good customer relation skills
  • Must be attentive to details and highly analytical
  • With strong experience in admin taks is an advantage
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage day-to-day Office Administration
  • Prepares revolving fund voucher, request for check payment and disbursement of checks
  • Prepares check issuance
  • Process billings, preparations of checks for disbursement, revolving fund, replenishment report and bank recon & others
  • Prepares revolving fund replenishment report
  • Canvass materials for purchasing
  • Prepares Job Order and Purchase Order
  • Controls and monitors the inventory of accountable forms
  • Prepares transmittal of documents to head office and other sites through courier
  • Schedule vehicle dispatch
  • Monitors maintenance of company vehicle
  • Maintain updated file of company vehicle and motorcycle
  • Accountable for the safekeeping of company passbooks, used and unused checks, voucher contracts, insurance, Official Receipts, purchase orders & others
  • Process yearly renewal of business permit & payment of RPT
  • Performs other task assigned by PO/POM from time to time
