What to Expect You'll work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to cutting-edge BIM workflows while helping to raise standards across major engineering projects. <ul> <li>Work on large-scale, technically challenging rail and infrastructure projects</li> <li>Be part of a collaborative, high-performing engineering team</li> <li>Help drive BIM innovation and digital delivery best practices</li> <li>Access career development, training, and certification support</li> <li>Enjoy a remote working environment with modern tools and workflows</li> </ul> What You'll Do 3D Modeling & Delivery <ul> <li>Develop accurate, high-quality 3D Revit models for electrical engineering projects</li> <li>Translate engineering markups into detailed, coordinated BIM deliverables</li> <li>Create and manage Revit families to support efficient project delivery</li> </ul> Coordination & Collaboration <ul> <li>Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate designs</li> <li>Coordinate BIM models across disciplines throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Support seamless collaboration using Autodesk Construction Cloud</li> </ul> Quality & Standards <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with BIM Level 2 standards and company protocols</li> <li>Conduct model reviews to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness</li> <li>Apply best practices to improve efficiency and modeling quality</li> </ul> Continuous Improvement & Innovation <ul> <li>Support BIM/CAD system upgrades and optimization initiatives</li> <li>Contribute to improving workflows, standards, and digital delivery processes</li> <li>Help evolve BIM capabilities across projects and teams</li> </ul> What You'll Bring <ul> <li>5-10 years of working experience within Revit environments</li> <li>Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, standards, and project lifecycle delivery</li> <li>Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Forma, or other similar software packages</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality 3D models efficiently</li> <li>Strong understanding of engineering drawings, codes, and standards</li> <li>Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills </li> </ul> Desirable but non-essential <ul> <li>Autodesk or BIM-related certifications</li> <li>Experience on rail or infrastructure projects</li> <li>Exposure to BIM automation or digital delivery tools</li> </ul> At 3Vi, we invest in the people who build the infrastructure of tomorrow.
