Senior Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Billing, Accounts Receivable
Job Description:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and goals related to billing management systems.
- Analyzing existing systems and identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Creating detailed requirements documentation for proper delivery across the SDLC.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Operations) to ensure successful execution and delivery of roadmap items.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating testing efforts.
- Ensuring quality delivery and customer support into production through a hypercare cycle.
- Completing project reviews and documentation for lessons learned for future improvements.
- Being adaptive, productive quickly in a new environment that is fast paced.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally in IT.
- Have experience with Oracle Accounts Receivables platforms (R12 / Fusion Cloud).
- Have extensive knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Have proven experience in managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with proven prioritization skills.
- Demonstrate skilled use of toolsets, presenting and articulating value of a program.
