<h2 dir="ltr">About the Role</h2> We're looking for an experienced STEP Platform Developer/Engineer to provide hands-on development and configuration support within an MDM environment. This role blends direct platform contribution with consultative guidance — you won't just build, you'll also act as a thought partner on solution design, work sizing, and team enablement as the client builds internal STEP capability. If you're comfortable moving fluidly between hands-on development and advisory conversations, this role is built for that. <h2 dir="ltr">What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Provide hands-on development and configuration support within STEP </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Review proposed solution designs and provide consultative feedback </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Help define and size work within STEP </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Support the team as it builds internal capability on the platform </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Assist with hands-on questions, problem-solving, and targeted STEP topics </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Supplement formal training with practical, platform-specific guidance </li> </ul> <h2 dir="ltr">What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Strong hands-on development and configuration experience with STEP </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Experience reviewing solution designs and providing consultative feedback </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Ability to define and size work within STEP </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Experience supporting teams as they build capability on a platform </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> Ability to assist with hands-on questions, problem-solving, and targeted training support </li> </ul>
