Primary Responsibilities :
- Participate in technical architecture and design
- Lead design, development and testing of specific functionality/modules
- Communicate effectively with offshore to co-ordinate timely deliveries on multiple projects
- Set expectations with both teams (onshore and offshore)
- Shall need to work early AM and late PM everyday to talk to offshore
Skills/Knowledge Required/Desired :
- Web Development skills
- VSTS, VS.Net, Windows (Exposure to Linux and MacOS desirable), SQL Server 2005, IIS, C#
- nHibernate, nUnit, jMeter
- ASP.Net, C#, Web Services, DHTML, Ajax, Databases (ORM) are highly desired.
- C++ or Java development, VoIP, VXML/CCXML, SMS Technologies desired.
Qualifications & Certifications :
- BS Computer Science or equivalent exp.
Experience :
- Total Exp [5-7] yrs, US Exp Min [3-4] yrs, min 3 yrs as tech lead.
Other Requirements :
- Must have Good communication skills
- Proof of your legal work authorization status & Two professional references from last two assignments / projects / employments will be required if you are short listed.
- You will need to sign non compete agreement if short listed.
